Zumba® Fitness is a combination of fitness- and dance movements on worldmusic, like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Calypso, Reggaeton, and it also involves belly dance and Bollywood movements. In Zumba® there are no difficult choreographies. Everyone can join the class on their own personal level and still experience a total body work out. Zumba® also has a positive effect on any necessary weight loss. Even after a few weeks you’ll experience the improvement in your waist and thighs. But most important Zumba® is fun, easy and effective and gets you in the party mood!

T eacher
Shamla Nandoe has gained years of dance experience in Indian dances.  She’s skilled in Indian Classical dancestyles Kuchipudi & Bharata Natyam, Bollywood and Indian folkdancing. She’s a certified Zumba® instructor and Masala Bhangra instructor.

Timespan and costs
12 lessons on a Thursday from 18h till 19h. Starts the 16th of Sept. UL-students € 65; others € 78.
