Dance improvisation

For whom
The course is open to everyone with curiosity with or without dance background.

Content
The classes will start with a modern dance warm up base in breathing exercises and freedom of the articulations. We will work on the use of our bodycenter and other basic principles to be able to dance freely and in the mean time taking care of our bodies.  We will also work on improvisation in itself from the basics. We will start with how to inspire ourselves to dance through music, images, our imagination, emotions, moods and words. By letting it go, using our bodies, dancing and laughing this course has the goal of making everyone a little bit lighter, a little bit more alive and in top of that to give a basic or update of modern improvisation techniques.
